Triangle of Death on a New update?!

This just Suddenly HIT ME wondering if this issue still exists on the new update or not? I do believe the Triangle of death is still there... Has Anyone encounter this on the new update?

I may be wrong but since there are no significant changes to how the engine works, the triangle of death should still be an issue. Still fairly hard to run into it on PC unless you try really hard to overbuild in at least 2 of the 3 (and maybe add another modded settlement).
