Hi mate, Sorry for bothering can you add a patch containing the language Romanian for story with translation?
Or if it's you can teach me how to implement the translation to translate it myself

Translations are typically handled with patches and are not a part of the main mod and by persons who know the language.
As for creating your own, everything you need is free and there are tutorials on how to create your own created by KG. Start here and find the video that will teach you how to create your own translation.

Sorry, that's not how this works.
I have no idea how you are trying to mod your game, if you are using a mod manager (like Vortex or MO2) or doing it manually. I know Nexus has tutorial on how to start using their options so you might look there.
As for not finding the right tutorial I don't know what to tell you. My understanding (and I admit I could be wrong here) is that a translation mod is just a dialog replacer. I would start with those tutorials.
