Closed Toy factory still causing crash, too many jangles

Having this bug still, I've seen it before posted at a lvl 2 factory and i think mine is lvl 2 atm, it's got the vertical hopper right next to the builder which i think is causing the main problem, the fix of unloading seems to not have worked and i'm looking at just scrapping that factory on any plots i see it on atm

Also this seems to have happened because i was in sanctuary for ages and they piled up during that time, i'm working a fix atm, i might need to fast travel far enough away then reload it.

If needed can you make a holotape that i can reset / clean the area of those objects that are spawned?

I've added a holotape option (defaulted to on) that will stop the toy factory and ceramic factory from producing props.

You can enable them in the holotape when (if) you want to, but hopefully that will stop this sort of issue from occurring in the future
