I've been around to various sites on the intent, and I've found that it can often be difficult to get people to talk about fallout 4. They're either disinterested, or the people who hate it are there announcing their hate.
The worst I'm normally going to find here is "I hate vanilla fallout so let's make it better." People actually like to talk enthusiastically,constructively and positively about it here (I don't think the site could exist if they didn't.) That's a good thing.

Some of the folks are kind of nice. 
Though a few are a little crazy
healthy it might be this way for a good long while.
