Tall wall addon to the SIM2 and plot walkways

SIM2 could use tall walls that snap to the plots from the very ground to cover the buildings. Also, shack bridges could be 1/2 bigger that would snap between the plots without clipping when plot spacers are used.

SIM2 could use tall walls that snap to the plots from the very ground to cover the buildings. Also, shack bridges could be 1/2 bigger that would snap between the plots without clipping when plot spacers are used.

This is a suggestion that I forwarded during the time of SS1. IMO, it only makes sense to have these both from a defensive and pathing point of view.
