Not a bug Supply Lines Disappear

I have an issue where supply lines between Settlements disappear a few minutes after assigning them. To be clear, I'm using conqueror for the pre-building, as I like going to settlements and finding them already built. Otherwise I'm play the game as I normally would, not following the raider quest.

So I dont know if this is a bug, or by design and I'm just not understand that because I'm not using the mod for the raider quest line.

In a possibly related issue to this posting is that my Castle raider outpost does not show as being connected to the rest on the map. I didn't take it as a Minuteman, but I had previously cleared the Queen. I also happen to be using Cordless' Raider Castle mod.

If you aren't using the raider conquest system, then this is likely happening from some other mod as Conqueror has its own provisioner system and doesn't mess with the vanilla setup.
