Please post bugs specific to Rise of the Commonwealth and Sunshine Tidings Co-op in this thread.

Unsure if the foundation did not complete, but all of the plots which were built on pillars like in this pic are essentially free floating with no attached flooring or stairs.

THEY KILLED PROFESSOR GOODFEELS! Well, maybe not killed, but he's no where around, and his control terminal is gone.

The city seems to be stuck while building level 0.

Don't know if it needs more time, so I'm going to another settlement to do some building there.

-EDIT-

After spending some time at another settlement things started building. So everything is working great now. :)

mmm actually in in Sunshine i decided to make the settlement myself

Preston gave me the quest for it, issue is... it wont complete the quest. I build a generator along with a radio beacon. I have settlers coming in and building and all (overall, the settlement is building) But Preston's quest wont complete, it's stuck at requesting to build a radio beacon.

Settlement quests not being completeable are a known bug and should see a large amount of relief in tomorrow's hotfix.

My settlement in this area is not leveling up.
Needs all met.
Happiness 79% - all full except shelter (8/10)
Plots: R1: 1, R2: 5, R3: 6, M1: 1, M2: 2, M3: 2, A: 5, Unbuilt: 2
Settlers: 13
Leader: Cait

The check command gives Level 0, Construction and Salvaging complete.

My game isn't outputting any logs.

FO4SE and the exe are both run as admin.

In this save I have a level 1 city in RR, and a personal, non-managed, city in Starlight.

Using FO4UP.

SS Vers 3.0.1

KG put his bug stomping shoes on and has been pounding on these bugs all week, expect 3.0.2 hotfix sometime tomorrow. The beta is up in the beta thread if you want to give a mostly complete version a shot before release.

"Known Bugs (With Workarounds)"
  • Unable to Complete Quest: Taking Point
    • Workaround: If on Xbox there is currently no known workaround. If on PC, use the following command; setstage MinRecruit06 400

Works with every Quest like this ;)

Just a heads up about some stuff that seems out of place in the city at level 1. I have refreshed the city and it didn't get fixed so it might be a but and not a random glitch.
The container on the main shed wasn't scraped, and its now inside a pile of junk.
There's a platform that's a little floaty, I'm assuming the structure is going to be part of the future city upgrade, so it's either spawning to early, or what is more likely, it's there to provide immersion and a sense of evolution and work being done, it just needs a little more support in my opinion.
edit: the problem wasn't the platform after all, I'm assuming the plots should have spawned at the same time of the platform, but they toke their time. After the new SS update this is was fixed.

Water supply was fine on level 1, but after the settlement upgraded to level 2 I had a huge deficit:

I'm hoping it will fix itself with level 3, for now I've built enough (25-ish) water pumps. About 10 seemed enough for water imports covering the deficit (bar rose from empty to full immediately) but just to be sure I kept building more.

Edit: Just to be clear, this deficit seemed permanent. I've seen other settlements report a water deficit after an upgrade and on my PC it might take 5 minutes until it's back to normal. But here I left Sunshine alone for at least a day before building the water pumps. Haven't reached level 3 yet to see if that helps.

After latest 3.1.1 Sunshine doesnt accept anything when trying to Donate Supplies. Tried this from a clean save with brand new downloads of SS and RotC.
It goes from my inventory to the desk, and then it disappears and nowhere to be found after. Tried the same actions at other settlements, and there is no problems there that I have found.

Water issues should be resolved in the next patch or so.. Sunshine is a water juggernaut, so it should be "pumping" it out to your settlements!

At level 2 the management desk vanished from the 'barracks' it had been put in at level 1.
About to give up and build a new one.

oh.. there it is... hidden in the maze on the second floor of the barracks.

Yes, I've been able to remove all my pumps, lots of water in Sunshine now.

Hunting for the new desk location encourages exploring the wonderful RotC settlements. :)

It's good to hear! I had a 100dg temperature while I was finalizing those changes, so I wasn't sure if I actually fixed it, or i was hallucinating... :agree:

At level 0, in the prebuilt corrugated metal shed, there's a non-working wall mounted cot with a "sleep on surface" animation marker that does not count as a bed, but seems like it should be the type that counts.
