Summon specific settler types?

I think this should be feasible, but I don't really know for sure, but can you create a beacon that will only summon/recruit a specific type of settler? Ghouls, for example. Not feral ghouls, but like the ones at The Slog? Or: males; females; Gunners; Children of Atom; etc.

I see that certain Leader perks will attract specific faction members to the settlement (Railroad Agents; Synths; Minutemen), so why not other factions?

In playing around and avoiding the main story Bethesda made, I am playing as a Forged at the moment. I have Finch Farm, The Slog, and County Crossing that I am doing a sim settlement approach with (no RotC until we get optimized mods for XBox), and I want to attract more Forged/Raiders who will be allies with me and my settlement.

Well, to summon raiders you need the Nuka-world addon. And I'm positive that Forged are raiders.

Oh also, wouldn't think work better as a suggestion?

I wasn't sure where to ask since I wasn't really suggesting it. More querying if it was possible.
Forged are their own faction, though I agree that they are a Raider type.

The Forged, Gunners and Children of Atom may be their own factions but they're still hostile to both your settlers and you unless you've somehow modded a change in the factions. You wouldn't want your recruitment beacon summoning in someone that's just going to start trying to kill your settlers.

There's a mod for PC (Better Settlers I'm pretty sure) that lets you specify mostly male/female settlers but they mention that you can't have 100% of either gender since it would potentially break some quests.
