I recently downloaded the 3 in 1 sim settlement mod pack from the bethesda site. The one where you log on to the game and there's an option to add mods to the game. not planning on using the NMM. My playstyle this time is not to rush into the minutemen quest. just explore and take my time. I did download the mod that makes all the red rockets into a settlement, Plan to, or want to build up a few of those across the map. eventually using county crossing as my central area for all supply lines. My question is, what other great sim mods might be good for me? like the building aspect of fallout 4. am a builder tinkerer more then, just killing and running quest all day. did also download a couple of wall add-ons, snap types. and the build limit remover.

you won't need a build limit remover, simsettlements comes with one built-in.
if you like building mods project blueprint - developed by the simsettlements team has over 10k objects for you to build with. you should also invest in place everywhere.

thank you for the response. I do have place everything if that is what your talking about. Still not seeing project blueprint on the bethesda site. maybe my old age is catching up with me.:)

download city planner's toolkit from nexus. you have to download it manually. save it to a directory on your pc. downloads for example.
then fire up your mod manager of choice and install the file manually. there will be several esp's loaded up and available to you to start building with.

ok so downloaded the 3in1 mod and mega pack year 3m using the nexus. I am noticing that the hud icons on my screen when in the settlement are dark lines. is that normal? I have spent more time trying to figure these mods out then actually playing. yes I have watched a ton of the video's on this but alot is confusing for me. really new to it all. so I think I'll build my own for now. I know you put in a ton of work. looks great! but
