Stuck on "Commonwealth Rising" quest

Hey everyone, I'm currently having an issue with the Commonwealth rising quest where I'm stuck on the part "Continue recruiting staff and working with HQ". I've been on this part for roughly 8 real life hours. Idk if this helps but I saw something about this quest being glitched with the Remote Management quest, but I already completed that, too. I'm currently running 188 mods and everything has been working fine up until this point. I've also worked on my HQ quite a bit since I first got that objective (as shown in screenshot) and I tested bringing in up to 54 people total, and the quest still didn't progress. Any ideas how to fix this without just skipping the quest? I play on PC.

Hey, if you have 54 workers, I'm guessing that's after you took that screenshot?

I have the same issue. I had From sea to glowing sea for a while. Commonwealth rising reached "Continue recruiting staff and working with HQ" stage. I completed both From sea to glowing sea and Remote management. Commonwealth rising still on the "Continue recruiting staff and working with HQ" stage.

Yes, I finished How to HQ a while back. When I talk to Mansfield now, only the regular dialogue comes up like "can we chat?" or "any ideas?".

Oh, so have you not done Is There A Doctor In The House? Mansfield never rang you via HQ radio?

Does that mean you've done "Is there a doctor in the house"? And Commonwealth Rising never updated? I've only went through that recently (did the same thing as others here for a change, commonwealth rising until that point then the doctor quest) and that went well, unless something later broke it or I'm just lucky.

Yes, right after it's completed you should be able to progress in Commonwealth Rising. Maybe talk to Cassandra or Jake?
I hope it wasn't broken in the process of fixing Commonwealth Rising but it kinda sounds like it. If that's the case, I think we can expect that to be resolved.

No that's okay - I just wanted to clarify as I was worried I'd misunderstood. I am currently working on the "recruit staff" objective to see if I come across your issue.
