Old Post Stop Decoration Spam?

So, tonight I started my first real go at trying Conqueror, mostly because I could do a Minutemen playthrough and not be a jerk.

After doing the opening and getting Sanctuary established (not making it a ROTC city since Abernathy was a city right near it), I just threw down some plots for the starter jerks, built the War Desk, and made Sanctuary a Minutemen base.
I started to notice the "Faction Decorations" pop up and they were pretty cool...Except they appeared in super the wrong places and interfering with other objects/colliding into walls and such. Some even were just floating in the air! I started to remove them, then turned off the Decoration setting in the Holotape. However, after turning it off and scrapping a bunch of them that had been placed, I turned around to find even more having spawned behind me while I was removing them! Turning the setting off seems to have totally accelerated this process. Now I'm just kinda creeped out and annoyed at the clutter.

Thoughts about solving this issue? The decorations in principle I sort of like, but it seems like they don't fit well in non-cities and the setting seems broken.

The issue is nothing wrong with the faction pack, it just takes a while for all of the decorations to be placed.

I'll add a tool to remove them after the fact in a future update. If you haven't started building yet, you could use the Town Meeting Gavel to scrap everything in the settlement.
 
I did start building, but I wouldn't mind starting over. I might just do that and make my Minutemen Outpost start at a different settlement than Sanctuary. Based on your video I'm a little surprised I could make a base there, since I had the Sturges and everybody there. I will let you know if I have this problem in other Settlements. Hopefully with decorations turned off they don't reappear.
 
The faction pack author may have made the Minutemen a Liberator version, so they wouldn't be hostile to any settler. The new version of Conqueror ignores the Quincy refugees altogether anyway as it appears to cause troubles if you ever do play with their questlines, etc.
