I'm trying out conqueror and my start up progress is stuck at 100% on stage one, it just says "Stage 1/4: Placing objects" and the start up menu where you set up city levels and whatnot keeps popping up randomly.
I tried the fix listed in the post under the bugs section, and that didn't work, has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so how did you fix it?\
EDIT: After restarting my game, I just let F04 run in the background (while still in vault 111) while I did other stuff, and that seems to prevent it from getting stuck and prevented the menu from popping up over and over again. I'll be leaving this here just in case anyone else has this issue
