Start of Commonwealth Rising/NE Entryway not clean.

I started Commonwealth Rising, and started cleaning the NE Entryway for the power distribution, but I canceled it for some reason (Cant remember, why I wasn't able to play for a while after doing that) so now I went to down to the basement and the room is still dirty and I have no option to clean it, and in the HQ Layout menu it just says NE Entryway. I'm wondering if there's anyway to fix that or am I SOL?
