Ah, just curious - I have the "Talking Points" quest for Starlight Drive In, and I built the generator and recruitment beacon... but the quest isn't marking as complete.

Is this a known issue because of the settlement not yet being supported?

Built desk, turned off local maintenance for this settlement, but still get pops up saying it's in deficit.

There seems to be an issue with the build area for me. The green boundaries look about right, but ss I approach the concession/projection building, I get a warning that I've left the build area. Things in and around the building (like the broken down car near the door) are unscrappable as if they were outside the settlement.

EDIT: This may have been an issue due to having, and then removing, All Settlements Expanded. I started a new game without ASE and don't seem to have this problem anymore.

Is there a reason that the broken wing was not fixed? It is not very immersive to stick wooden poles through metal like they have the shack platforms, would have been better to fix the wing and build on top and underneath of it. The rest of the settlement looks great so far at level 0.

It wasn't fixed because it can't be fixed in a vanilla install. Thank Bethesda for the precombined objects.

i have a bug in stralight lvl 1 city vanilla build i didnt touched anything and i have 52 caps from taxe and -42 from fuel and generator but the game keep tell me starlight is in deficit and i need to pay down all time i go here.
And one room in the "hotel" the interior residential is put on the balcony of the room so there is a wood wall in the half of the plot.

Starlight had the wrong Level 0 save used. All the other levels fix the wonky stuff. lol

I noticed that were the beacon is placed, there is a power connector right next to it on the starlight building. I can connect the power cable from the beacon to that power connector but that power connect is not select able. I can not even use it as a starting point for a wire only an end point. I am not sure what might be the cause of this issue since the rest of the objects can be selected and moved.

Also i just noticed that the radio beacon that is created when the city plan is used is bugged out on my end and so far it is only that one city. i had to scrap it and build a new one.

Hey Devs!

There is a misplaced interior plot in the stock city plan of RotC for Starlight Drive-in. It is on the second level near the pond and the big screen.

Thanks for your hard work

@SFCR0CK
There is a Level 0 Martial Guard Post in Starlight that faces inwards towards the settlement instead of outwards to the rocks when built by the city plan and you are unable to rotate it on Xbox.

@Harry Young
Where is that plot exactly?

@SFCR0CK
@Harry Young I wasn't sure if it was a bug or just something with my game. When looking at the movie screen it is on the right side pass the building with the work bench in it.

@Harry Young
This is how it looks for me: https://imgur.com/a/AWApr With the building edesigned around that plot the plot looking inward is not accidental

@SFCR0CK
@Harry Young That's how it started out for me also, but when the construction finished the upper and lower wall of the plot was looking inward.

So is this one of those settlements that don't build food for itself? I think the first six settlers have only built martial plots.

Maybe the designers/builders of the city plan could get rid of all that useless crap that users can't delete, they put along the base of the movie screen an put a couple ag plots there, I mean after 200+ years a little clean up wouldn't hurt.

you can't clean it in fallout 4 without mods if sim settlement scrap that you need more mods to be installed. And sim settlement want to be independant.

I'm talking about the junk/trash/clutter added by SS, ROTC that is useless and takes up space that could used build plots, there are several city plans like that.
