SS2 Settlers UI

Anyone use this mod? I can't find it on the Desk, or in my pipboy. I DL'd it with Vortex, it is enabled. I don't see a plugin for it though.

It is a bit tricky. I just installed today as well. So go to the City Planner's Desk to build it. (like you would a holotape at the chem table).
Then it'll be in your inventory under Aid. I had to look for like 10 minutes to finally find it haha.
