I recently started a playthrough (XB1 X) with only SS2 parts1-3 and workshop framework mods installed. I’ve double checked the load order which is correct but when I actually attempt to play the mod, things don’t work properly. I know the mod “works” bc I picked up the magazine at sanctuary and can find the holotape in concord, but have issues with the stranger spawning. Sometimes he doesn’t spawn at all so I have to use the city management holotape to set sanctuary as my main settlment. IF he spawns he gives me the asam but when I try to build the 2x2 residential plot, it doesn’t show up. I’ve checked every part of the SS2 folders in the settlement menu but it doesn’t appear. I’ve also tried using the city planner desk cheats to unlock all plots but only the martial plot appears
