SS2 has failed to initliaise all necessary quests

I am the author of Hotisworld on wabbajack and I am trying to fix the error in question but I have no idea how to resolve it in the slightest, I start a new game with SKK and after a while it just does not want to function, SS2 I mean.
Workshop framework is up to date, same goes for all the kinggath mods installed but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to resolve this one bug.
