SS2 and Snappy

Ive been having some trouble with settlement workshop opening very slowly. I traced it back to Snappy Housekit 9.2.2. I hate to give up on the mod - I love their different building textures esp. But it turns 1s loads into 10s=30s loadtimes. I tried menu managers, etc, but they dont help.

Just an FYI for @Cessori , @kinggath , etc who might find the info useful.

Im running SS2Ch3 All Chapters build 3.1.1a and Workshop Framework 2.3.17a

Not really an incompatibility. If it saves you loadtime, that's cool.

I've seen people mentioning that Workshop mode sometimes takes longer than expected to open up, and have experienced the same in my own games, depending on how many settlements I have built up and how many save files I have. i don't know if there's anything to be done about it though.

But this lag is apparently solely caused by the interaction of SS2 with Snappy.

I dont know why you think increasing my load time reduces my load time?

Normally the more buildable objects you have, the longer it takes to get between menus. And some of them start lagging really bad. Though this is something that either Buffout (that you 100% have) or "Faster Workshop" fixes. I've been using Snappy for a long time, along with WRK, CVC etc and it was near instant.
