Some buildings have no collision

Hello! While I don't believe this is related to Sim Settlements in any way, this community is vast and super helpful so this seems like the best place to pose a question. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing certain buildings to no longer have collision? it is mostly homes like those found in Jamaica plains. these homes are all over the game world and many in my game have no collision and I have been unable to determine why this is only affecting some and not others. I have way too many mods so I'm sure it is a conflict but I am unsure of how I could figure out which one it is without a brute force method. Any help or guidance would be appreciated! Thanks!
