(Solved) Not getting 3x3 plots. Used holotape tool to skip the questline.

Hey,
I decided to skip the questline on this playthrough.
Unlocked All in the holotape.

The only 3x3 plot I got is Agri.
I know I have SS2 addons that add 3x3 plots and I just completed the Powell family side quest and I didn't get their 3x3 home.

Tried running the Unlock command from the holotape again, but nothing happens.

Do you have any SS2 addon packs? IIRC, the only 3x3 building plan in base SS2 is the ag plot. The Powell residence is part of Wasteland Ventures... I think.

Got 5 SS2 addons that add building plans, somehow forgot WV
