I was recommended to report my issues with the mod here. I love the Project Blueprint mods in the City Planner's Toolkit! I've encountered some bugs though:
The biggest issue is Fallout 4 crashes to desktop whenever I hover over or select the "Landscaping" category in the Project Blueprint menu. It doesn't crash if I quickly skip over the category header and go to any of the category headers in the menu after it, and they all work perfectly fine. I'm not sure if it's just my game or if it's a bug that others are experiencing.
Certain menu items, specifically special fx markers like fire, sparks, waterfall, and the blue man animation idle markers cannot be selected for moving or scrapping after being placed. I can't select them with Place Everywhere's insert key/extra objects selection or select them while in the console. I also couldn't move or scrap one of the items in the "wires" category but I was able to select it in the console and remove it with that method. I'm not well-versed in modding, but does this mean it lacks collision or something like that?
I also ended up with one item that somehow found its way outside of the Project Blueprint category all together. It was a broken warehouse shelf, by itself, in a lone "structures" category.
I have the most recent versions of Sim Settlements 3-in-1, Fallout 4, F4SE, Settlement Menu Manager, Transfer Settlements, Place Everywhere, and Better Console F4SE installed.
