So confused

So, I just recently started a new playthrough, and ran into a small issue when in Sanctuary in build mode. Every time I get near the end of the driveway of the workshop house when in build mode, I get kicked out of build mode. have not tested this in other settlements just yet, and as far as I can tell it only happens in that one spot. Have never had this problem in any of my several thousand hours worth of playthroughs, and I have google searched for a solution, but either I am not looking for the right thing or no one has had this issue before. If it is needed can post my load order .txt file, but to be honest I only have about 5-6 mods that touch the settlement workings in any way other than textures.

Edit: It is also happening in other settlements as well, tested at RR, Tenpines Bluff, and Starlight. Also, while only happening at the end of that driveway in Sanctuary, the others it seems to be a random time between entering and being force booted from WS mode.

I'd suggest remaking this thread in the help section of Sim Settlements 2. You'll probably get a higher chance of someone who can help you seeing it.
