    is kinda the idea,
    having a more atmospheric element to it,,
    smoke stacks,, grenades , and fire..

    have my blender model,, that was easy,, follow a tutorial,, adding it is a little difficult,, i dont want to ask for help ..yet.
    grill? didnt think of that,, would be awesome,,, i have been doing slow research on bench mark tests of the average user ,, and it aint great,, my lil model is blasting my own machine .
    so i have to mess with polygon things and other,, very low graphics levels ,, so that everybody can handle it.
    if it works and when it works,, will clean it up and hand over to kinggrath,, so he can implement it, to who ever or what ever he likes,,

    im learning,, too many programs at the same time,, and real work is getting in the way,, so i cant maintain focus on what im doing and what i just did.
    having to port files via so many other programs is very time consuming and impossible.

    i have been here for more then a year, rations are running low, electricity is dimming,, and i dont know when the other inmates are going to turn on me,,
    they have moved me from one block to another,, and now to another cell,,
    some one has started talking to me,, idle chit chat maybe,,, but not here,, not now,,, not after they find out what i have done,,
    i have restructured the entire ventilation system stolen from a hospital and a super garage,, testing the emissions and vapors,,, it seems there is fresh air,,, but where ?
    and where is it coming from ?

    hes talking to me again,,,

    some one left their terminal unattended,
    hospital parking ventilation system ?



    kuddos to the team,, heard via vi that 76 was meant to have a huge section for sim,,
    last in market grab ,, as they needed to take that spot before some on else did .

    havent been working much,, struggling to get animations,, or find robot animations,, so now i looking at other peoples mods,,

    The easiest way I've found to get good screenies is to use Steam's method. Trust me, this takes longer to describe than to actually do ingame. They use the F12 key as default. If you want to take a screenie without any lettering on it, open the console. Then what you do is type tm. All the lettering should disappear. Take your pic using the F12 key. Type tm again and then the lettering should pop back into view. You can do that through the whole session.
    Once you finish, open Steam and find the screenshot uploader box... usually its in the View column near the bottom. Click to open....The box will open up, and however many shots you have taken will show up in there. Click the Show On Disk box. A folder in windows will open with all those pics inside. The folder is only temporary. What I've always done is to make a new folder then drag & drop all the pics into the new folder. Now the shots are saved to your computer. From there you can tweak 'em up in your photo editor of choice.

    awesome thanx,
    currently using the wondows screen shot vid mode,,
    bit nervous when i use,, as sometimes it logs me out and resets the screen size to crap mode.

    the "tm" part sounds interesting ,

    currently doing a no mod run,, so haven't had a chance to look at the new ungraded sim settlements ,
    my last run with mods crashed too often,, and i spoiled my own game,, this time a clean run,

    in other news,
    not sure if this is true or not,, but heard bethesda had huge ideas with sim settlements,, but abandoned plans at last moment.
    76 had massive influx with modders and youtubers ,, not happy about the youtube company's selection of people reviewing the beta (they selected their own staff over people who would properly test it)
    and the modders helped with many aspects of the beta,
    some people had been invited to help test the game,, some with massive egos, some who the heck are you?

    anyways,, been way too busy with real life,, but still determined ,
    only wish some one could help with robot animations,,,,,
    i was training up a team of kids my side,, to become a small company,, but real life work took over and they moved onto other profitable projects ,, so it was successful,,, but ran outa time to get them to work on fun stuff GAMES!

    like i said,, anybody who has broken time to help with mr handy animations,,
    teach me,, show me,, and explain ..

    flaming infuriating.

    back to square one... almost "ish"

    got my models,
    some rough animations (not happy with mine as found other in game that work)
    have some great meshes ,
    done a few hours of tutorials,
    looking for my old old files and discovered why i struggle to find certain files,,
    its i steam and in cloud.,,,and computer is full.

    cleaning computer,, sorting duplicates,, updating everything,,, thinking about migrating to vortex or mo, and other crap.
    but its the origional model,
    mr handy model and all its batch files... where the fuck is it ??
    have nifscope, have the batch extractor
    done the tutorial ,, read the history,
    figured out that bethesda is being sued for crap that aint even their fault,,,, bethesda is owned by zion,, and zion are the ones behind the micro transaction and the canvas bags and other crap,,, a monet company that sponsors and promotes ,, and if bethesda dont do what zion say,, they will be fired and no payments,, blah blah blah,, and they being blackmailed coz they found out about the new engine they have been working on in secret that everybody knows about (was part of the role out plan for skyrm,,,,
    nobody in hillbilly troll country realise that bethesda is a smaller company among a great bunch owned by others.
    im not a fan of bethesda,,, not the other interplay or anything,,, but stilll tit for tat.
    my own rant(dont join facebook fallout..its sad)
    rant over. (cries in corer)

    anyways.
    have my model
    have all the bits
    done dozens of hours of tutorials ,, the nifscope,, and now cant find the friggen file.
    im 6 months behind schedule .

    grumpy me.


    but in other news,,, its all like a big ball of string,, and its all knotted up,,,,,, i found the one end,, i found the start.

    The company name is not zion... Just incase anybody got confused(I'm always confused)

    Now to pick a location.
    Thinking on the highway leading from sunshine to Lexington
    There is a nice overpass that's conjoining.
    It has raiders in area... But will try sort.

    Sorting an area.
    A base.
    And maybe some companions or story quest.... (still working on simple stuff)

    But,
    Struggling with main mod feature.
    It's the robot files and too many programs to learn...
    Tried bodyslide... That works.
    Now nifscope.... But I will need help to get certain eliments to work.
    Im trying to add an arm from one creature and add it to another... And still have it function.

    Will wait a bit and tinker about till I get it sorted... Or unless some one helps with how to do it (it's not what you think)

    Anyways.. Steaming ahead finally.
    Will show you some stuff later.

    I need to mount a robot arm on a power Armour frame.. And have it still work.

    sorry for the multiple mad post,, and wrong image files,,, hard to post on these forums,,, been a while,, blah blah no excuse.
    corrected the image,

    power armour or super mutants carry min gun attachments on shoulders ,, with ammo box,, and bullet belts.
    backpack with mini gun from the sentry bots , using the floating bots as a body backpack (trying to make it lighter,, and lore,)

    have a dozen few other adjustments that go with the main idea.
    very scrapper orientated.

    but,,smoke and mr nasty,, car garage ,, lots of explosions , robots as there is a mr handy fueling station.

    i have concept desighns,, i have a few models,, smoke not working well (it messes with the game,,,hecktic crash)

    real life about to start again,, and have another team to train,,,
    putting my tools away,,, noted what i was doing,, how and where .
    soon,,,, the actual ingame graphics (should be next(im learning))

    Companion tutorial.

    9 hours into a 29 min tutorial,
    Haven't done the dialog tutorial, and think I missed a step,
    Screwed up my re recruitment stage,,, and people walk away when I try talk to them a second time.

    Yup... Not graphics,, but learning creation kit...
    Very interesting with lots of features and... Why do they not start with telling you how to make it external plug in from the main game... Now it edits everybody.

    Need a fresh install, as I have a few mods in manual instalation.

    Blah blah blah,
    Nothing interesting to post besides Bethesda offering jobs to whoever is good with creation kit.... And I'm not.

    Will do I game test with bugged out game.. To see if I can get the car garage to explode... Will post vid.
    It's one big trap.

    test did not go as planned,,
    cars didnt really all explode,,, one by one,, then a bunch,, then had to shoot a few more,, and blah blah blah,,
    wasnt one big massive chain reaction.

    been making umbrellas ,
    mate gave me a program to unlock all graphic file types,,something i was making a work around to do,, blender maya files,,,,
    purchased program,,,, is awesome .

    mucking about with multi media, sound, animation(film)

    mr nasty has an umbrella ...

    Mate purchased Sim 3.
    And is about to port the whole thing into another program for architecture,
    Nothing to do with fallout..
    But on the way.. Will port many of the assets that can be used for fallout..

    All got to do with file formats and converters... He is manually scripting converters for it.
    With that one program.. Blah blah blah..

    When it's in Sims format.. You don't own it.. The company own it..
    But if you make a character in the sims.. And port that model across to another platform... You become the owner of the model..
    Lotsa legal blah.

    Eg.
    Sims was actually intended to be a architectural program, that was then turned into game..
    The sprites and maps can be converted to a 2d map or a 3d map.. Cad, sweethome 3d, and other architecture programs..
    It's easier to make a house in sims then in cad...
    The sprites and locations are the same.. Assets are the same.. Just the file type are very different .

    Huge steps..

    End result... A ton of new features.. And a Mr handy fueling station ...and hopefully a racetrack (will have to be an external plug in with the fallout world converted into another system to run drivable (decent ones)

    Sounds massive... Is massive..
    Long road.
