Sim settlement 2 chapter 2 help

I am currently on Xbox one series x. I have attempted multiple times on downloading sim chapter 2 part 2 but everytime I do it gives me a prompt saying “the operation could not be completed” I can download the first and 3 part of the story anything I can do to solve this issue?

This is a known issue on xbox currently - and unfortunately out of our hands. It is a Bethnet problem associated with the update, hopefully they fix it soon.
