ShowMeTheGoods quest does not complete

This is the second quest that i can get it to end.
I already gave the good to the guy and he told me to go kill jared, but the quest did not end neither i recieved any reward....it just says that i need to deliver the goods to him...

This means the quest failed to register for the events of the other quests. I don't know how that could have happened, unless the raider quest itself failed to start correctly. 4.0.1 changes the way Conqueror starts to dodge other mods interfering.

You'll probably want to disable Conqueror, save your game without it, then re-enable it and start his quest over. If you do this after clearing the museum, you'll find Jammer in near the playground equipment instead of on the roof.
