So what happens with shank, like do I have to recapture the settlements for say the disciples or operators or the pack with the conqueror mod installed
 
Shank won't functionally care if you're also Jammer's buddy (though immersively he might have something to say), and you don't have to raid the Commonwealth, though that will prevent the remainder of Nuka World's questline from continuing. To move Shank to the Commonwealth, you will need Nuka raider outposts there. Either split up the Commonwealth among the gangs to include Jammer or take over outposts from Jammer. Be aware that attacking Nuka raiders = Nuka World attacking you violently and you no longer being the Nuka Overboss. That will include you joining a fight where random Nuka raider NPCs wander around, might get close to one of your Jammer raiders, fight ensues. Hit a Nuka Raider, risk being thrown out of Nuka World.

In a playthrough I intend in the future, I will be the Overboss of Jammer's raiders and two Nuka World raider gangs. I will split up the Commonwealth among them, but I will have at least enough Nuka outposts so I get the Nuka Warlord Perk. Be aware too that supplies from Jammer will not feed Nuka World and vice versa. It will be a tight squeeze needing preplanning.

It might be worth testing if supplies would be shared by manually assigning a provisioner between the factions.
 
Is there a way of continuing the story with Nuka world till the end or will it stop, when u half to take over the common wealth for a gang ( pack operators disciples)? I also had a question if u could turn conquest settlements into raider outposts or vassals. Conquest is a mod

Conqueror changes settlers into civilians. When I've opted for nuka world raider quests that involve "talking" a settlement into my control, the dialogue options for them to leave won't appear when having to talk to a civilian. I have to kill one of them and fail the quest in order to escape the quest. I haven't attempted an attack quest yet.
 
Nuka world raider-quest integration into Conqueror is ongoing so hopefully, full integration will be obtained in the near future.

There are quests where that is the only way and I wanted to do them first. I don't appreciate you referring to me as a wuss.
