Old Post settlers stand around (new to this)

hey king gath or anyone who can help i have rise of the commonwealth installed on my pc and some settlers are going to shops others are just standing around , why is this im sure you get asked all the time but can you guys please help me fix this issue. this issue is in sanctuary.

Sounds like you are in the early game and using a city plan?

Simply, right now give it time for everything to catch-up.

There is literally a tidal wave of suggestions you can throw at this but after 4000hrs my stance is "time" fooling around with it too much can be worse than the fixes.

Now, if you have done things like removed mods in the current playthrough or scrapped a bunch of stuff and messed up the navmesh then there may be a problem?

Given the little that was said just sounds like it is scripts just trying to catch up. :slow

just did the ini part ! never messed with the mods considering none of them never gave me an issue before they are still doing it but some are doing their animations i guess we will see . i will keep you updated !
