settlers not going to bed at all.

Just wondering if anyone knows why in some settlements the settlers stop going to bed at night.
At 9AM they are at their jobs......
Come 8PM they go to various recreational sites AAANNNNDDDD......
That's where they stay ALL NIGHT. No one goes to bed.
Come 9AM they go of to their jobs again.
They all start off using the residential plots like normal and as I add to the settlement "BAM" the "go to bed" function ceases to function.
It's like the "go to bed" script is being ignored.
This doesn't occur on ALL settlements.
I first noticed it at "Sanctuary Hills" (self built settlement)
Then the problem showed up at "Abernathy Farm". (RotC settlement)
Now it has reared it's ugly head at "Warwick Homestead". (Self built settlement)

"County Crossing", "Oberland Station", "Greygarden", "Egret Tours Marina", "Croup Manor", "The Slog", "Covenant" and "Finch Farm" all work just fine.

This is extremely annoying and I hope someone knows why.

It usually happens when the navmesh gets too convoluted, this usually happens after you've built too much, or if you used a scrap mod and removed too much.

It can also happen due to your game just lacking the system power to correctly deal with the AI. The sandbox AI (which is what generally controls NPCs outside of combat), seems to be disabled when your game is overwhelmed with other things to do. So for example, if you have a particularly late game save, it might just be that there's so much going on in each frame, that the game opts to skip processing the sandbox AI.

I guess my "artistic" flair for settlement building is too much for FO4 to handle. Heh.
Well too bad so sad. I really like how my Warwick Homestead build is going so, I am nowhere near finished yet.
