When I try to assign a supply line from Sanctuary to somewhere its just a blank box. I tried deactivating some Mods but it hasn't done anything. I haven't had any issues until today and I've probably been playing for a couple of weeks on this save.
I thought it might be because of max settlers or something so I killed a couple settlers but that did nothing. I also tried scrapped everything in the settlement because I thought it was an issue with to many crops or something but that did nothing.
It seems to only be affecting Sanctuary. I've been to at least two settlements and it seems to be working fine.
I attached an image of the issue and my list of mods.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with SS2 but I haven't found anything thats related to my issue from searching google or in this forum.
I should also mention I do not have any of the DLCs I'm waiting for them to go on sale.
