Closed Settlement "Breakheart Banks" and SimSettlement

Hi Folks,

not really sure if you could call this a "bug", but....

Theres a mod which enables "breakheart banks" as a settlement, and i´m using it in my game:

you can build every plot there, but commercial plots just stay inert, and if you try to manually assign a settler it just says "not enough homes yet", even if you already have 15+ people with their homes there. industry and martial plots just grow fine and the residentials, too, the upgrades just role in when the needs are meet. you can build normal shops and workstations. only the blue plots wont kick in. -> any ideas?

has anyone similar experiences with mods that enable new settlements?
 
At a guess, the mod author missed something SS needs when making the place a settlement.

KG would be able to tell you what commercial is checking that is causing the problem but the mod author would likely need to step in and make the fix.
 
You can turn off the Commercial requirement at that settlement. Have you noticed if upgrades are working in that settlement?

i didnt notice that this is possible, thanks for the advice. the red and green plots DO upgrade.
