Save settlement foundation and/or plan

basically transfer settlements functionality built into core SS because TS is too buggy and hit/miss

Would be great to have built in simple ‘save foundation’ which would simple copy only base foundation - plot location, type, and if attached any wiring.

Bonus would be next step of save plan so you could load pre built settlement.

I would use #1 a ton to save huge amounts of restart-Itis time - so much of restarting new games is simply layered my down your foundation again. I restart a lot when loading new mods of significance, like game mechanics, balance changes etc.

So,would use this feature quite a bit. Previously tried transfer settlements but just too buggy and gave up.

That would need a requirement on F4SE. As that isn't on xbox, kinggath is very unlikely to do it.

I do that with TS a LOT! Never have a problem. And every single City Plan that has been made, uses TS. So ya might want to give it another shot. Especially since Cdante & KG got a few things sorted.

Ok I’ll try TS again. Last I used it was before RoTC came out. Hopefully it’s more stable now. I remember things like having to look at the sky to avoid CTDs while loading a plan, weird wiring floating in air, and vanilla assets loading fine but SS plots sometimes missing.
