Duplicates Sanctuary City Plan level 0 bugs I found (album)

Hey guys, found some floating items and other bugs in sanctuary that I took pictures of.

For some reason I can't post links yet in my post so can I DM someone?
I need a like:post ratio of 1% I guess? I have liked a few posts.

These were still there when the city is refreshed for me.

The floating names are known engine limitations and not bugs. The Tree and the conduit are intentional. as for the Lantern and the chem bench I will have to take a look.

Thanks! At least I am able to disable the floating words using "disable" console commands.

the lantern spawns fine for me, I could not find the chem bench. Did you place it?

It is at the first house on the right after walking across the bridge. In vanilla there is a cooking station near that spot but the cooking station is moved and the chem station is there now.
