No Response [salved] conqueror on xb1 is giving me an error message. help?

when trying to enable conqueror on xbox 1 that little green box of pain and hatred pops up "this mod cannot be installed since it depends on files that aren't present"

at first I assumed it just didn't like the fact that I had sim 3 in one, so I deleted that and installed them all separately. did not work. after that I thought "hmmm... maybe it requires the dlc and I deleted it at some point! nope.

is this something simple that Im forgetting to do or am I eternally boned?

hmm... no I do not, I'll try that whenever it decides to stop giving me the 'the operation could not be completed' glitch. I decided to boot it all back up today, and its just been one thing after the other :/
