ROTC - Problems, Questions, Suggestions

Hi, I started a new game and immediately ran into problems. I posted one under BUGS already (the IR mod disappeared and can't be downloaded/enabled again. Doesn't seem to be affecting the game, so far.)

1. New game problem: If you start a settlement in Sanctuary using ROTC when you're at the beginning character level, you immediately run into a couple of problems:
a. The workbenches are deleted (if they're there, I can't find them), and you aren't at a level where you can create new ones, you're stuck. SUGGESTION: please move or ignore workbenches when scrapping the city.
b. Codsworth is the only NPC that can be leader in the beginning, so you can't an start an ROTC settlement at Red Rocket or TenPines.

2. I don't like the ruined buildings, so I scrapped them after the Foundation level was built. However, some Foundation pieces were added to those buildings and I can't delete them. Bug?

3. I want to use the Sanctuary Roof remover to make things easier, but it appears the Foundation level uses some of the existing roofs (including ruined bldg roofs).

4. The Foundation build has a lot of holes in the floors. I doubt settlers would do that.

5. I'm not sure how to interact with the Foundation platforms. Tried to create an Interior room on one of them, but it wasn't possible to install walls that didn't leave floor and roof gaps. I needed to add more pieces to fix that.

6. Possible BUG? The vids say the npc's will create beds, but in Workshop mode it says there's a bed shortage. Am I supposed to make a bed, or allow the npc's to do that?

7. It would be very helpful to know the boundaries of the Foundation build. I'm assuming at this point, that anything outside that build area will be safe from deletion? I haven't tested that yet, but if so - it would be good to know it in advance. If so, would it then be possible to move things like the workbenches out of the area so they aren't deleted?

8. In the FAQs, it would be helpful to mention the following:
- That when you start an ROTC settlement, you start flying through the air. There's no explicit mention of that in the vids. While I enjoyed it, I wondered if the mod broke the game.
- Don't start an ROTC settlement if you can't recreate workbenches yet (since they're currently deleted)
- The ROTC settlements are limited to the number of companions you have (for now), so chose which settlements you want to build that way.
- If you make a companion Leader, you can't take them with you without pausing the settlement build/upgrade. Also, if they're following you, they unexpectedly stop when they're made Leader. (That confused me for a bit.)
- Scrapping ruined buildings after the Foundation is built will leave some artifacts in place that can't be deleted, or hanging oddly in space.
- Is there any restrictions on where I can build stuff for myself within the Foundation build area? Will it conflict with what the NPC's might do?

If it's ok, I'll add other things as I run across them.

Thank you to everyone who created and contributed to ROTC and SimSettlements. You folks are awesome!

Few questions:
1. After the Foundation has been laid down, is it okay to delete some of it? (Other than scraping ruined buildings) I tried, but some of it wouldn't delete.
2. I'm half afraid to build because I'm not sure where the npc's are going to build. Is this something I need to worry about?
3. I don't understand how plots they have power when I haven't built any. Also, it doesn't show up in stats for power. It's supposed to do that?
4. Aren't the npc's supposed to build their own beds, or do I have to?
5. Basically, is there a way to 'break' the settlement after it's started?
6. Anyone else have the issue with Mama Murphy not sitting in her chair now? It's broken.

Ok, that's it. (So far). Thank you!
