Side note. You are fantastic for helping out like you do. Iv gotten less help from companies I spent 500$ with
Will do if they still want a photo. Not sure what I should be doing atmLurking here reading all these posts and just had to respond... Open that jpg up with paintbrush, resize it to 1024 pixels across (keeping aspect ratio) and save as a new file jpg. Sometimes screenshots on mega high res monitors can be stupid levels of huge and this cranks the sizes down to a more manageable level more suitable for web publishing.

Does it start with lights and robots on the outside of the shack? Bc those robots were part of what was left over
May have been lvl 2 then. Robots and forklift outside and string lights/ normal lights on inside. I'll try and get the pic uploaded soon for youNo lights at level 1, but robots yes. I think only level 3 has lights on the outside, but no robots outside at level 3 (no room for them, level 3 takes up the whole 2x2)
Edit: yes a screenshot would still be helpful if you can manage, but if not I'll do what i can.
Hopefully I'll be able to duplicate the issue to test various fixes
I know you said you tried the settlement refresh option in the holotape, but did you try crafting the actual Immersion Breaker Breaker tool from the chemistry station? (I think its the chemistry station) If not give that a try. Then fast travel somewhere and fast travel back and see if it fixed the problem. I'm trying on PC to see if I can duplicate the problem you had and ill let you know what I find out if anything.May have been lvl 2 then. Hardcore so no fast travel. But I didn't try the actual item bc the holo said it was the same thing but I will try that.I know you said you tried the settlement refresh option in the holotape, but did you try crafting the actual Immersion Breaker Breaker tool from the chemistry station? does hardcore allow you to quicksave at all? I guess if no fast travel I would try a save/reload-save to see if that may be the closest thing to fast travel I can think of.Hardcore so no fast travel. But I didn't try the actual item bc the holo said it was the same thing but I will try that.
No quick save. But it seems to just be that one factory that did it. I think my fix of rebuilding the same thing works but doesn't fix the problem for others.does hardcore allow you to quicksave at all? On a side note, I haven't been able to duplicate the problem you had on PC. I tried and tried but no luck on my end.
Here is the photo. If I remove the factory base, the junk you see stays there.
It has only happened this one time that I know of (after the other sim settlements addon was removed)Danke, that is from a few different spawns, so I'll have a look and see if I can find an issue with any of these.
Does it happen during building upgrade as well or only if you destroy/scrap/move the building or only when you took that other mod out and in no other case?
Update: immersion breaker didn't do anything that I could tellI know you said you tried the settlement refresh option in the holotape, but did you try crafting the actual Immersion Breaker Breaker tool from the chemistry station? If its just that one specific plot it seems to me that the objects inside aren't remaining attached to the building when it is demolished. It reminds me of the cell reset bug in a sense but I'm not exactly sure what causes it.Update: immersion breaker didn't do anything that I could tell
I haven't due to fear of losing lots of work in settlementsIf its just that one specific plot it seems to me that the objects inside aren't remaining attached to the building when it is demolished. It reminds me of the cell reset bug in a sense but I'm not exactly sure what causes it.
I know this is a lot of questions but have you tried uninstalling->deleting->redownload->install mytigio's mod? I'm wondering if something like a shared file was removed when the other mod was deleted.

I understand what you mean, I only meant in the sense that maybe something was removed by the other mod when it was deleted. I've had strange things happen even though they should be impossible.there shouldn't be any shared files/records with any mod but Sim Settlements itself unless the other author is naming stuff "mytigio_Indcity_*" and if they are, they should be shot :P
