Robot moral officer problem

It is supposed to negate that. Some leader traits have been buggy. I haven't tested Codsworth's perk for a very long time, so I will have to ask about that.
In the mean time, have you tried Workshop Framework to fix this problem? Options will allow you to adjust the happiness level of robots.

I poked around the code, but couldn't find any issue with the trait. Kinggath also confirmed that code looks solid.
In theory, that trait should work. In reality, we might be missing something.

I did some testing. I had only the 6 original robots and codsworth at graygarden.
With codsworth as the leader, the happiness peaked at 55 and would not go above it. The happiness report said it should go to 57 the next day, but it never did. Everything is full in the happiness report, but there is a -20 for robots and a -1 because I have an iron mine.
Interestingly, when I made supervisor white the leader (from a leader pack - she does not have robot moral officer), the happiness immediately went down to 38. Over the next few days it went up to 43 and stayed there. Then I reassigned codsworth, and it jumped to 58 and stayed there (and the happiness report is saying it should be going up to 59, but it doesn't).
Can somebody do some further in game testing on Robot Moral officer? At the moment, I don't see how it is viable to upgrade graygarden or any plots within (without doing that other ad hoc fix you mentioned).
I'll try to do some testing using red rocket with only 1 robot and codsworth if I can.

Okay, did some more testing at red rocket. I put a single robot there (made with a robot workbench). The happiness was on 72. It dropped to 66 and then stayed there (happiness report said -30 for robots and predicted a drop to 62, which never happened). I then put codsworth in charge. Immediately the happiness jumped to 86. The happiness report still said -30 for robots and said the happiness would drop, but it never did.
Again, if others could replicate these tests to see if they get the same results, I would appreciate it.

I also am having a moral problem at Greygarden with Codsworth assigned as the leader. I have tried assigning another leader and then assigning back Codsworth after a day has passed in game but after 3 more in day games it still has a negative for robots. Happiness is stuck at 56. The report says robots -26.
