As I've watched SS2 build level 0 of any number of settlement plans, I've seen it restore things that have been scrapped - like wrecked houses in Sanctuary. I am curious if anyone knows how to do that. I'm wanting (without throwing away a crap ton of time by rolling back a save) to restore one of the wrecked houses in Sanctuary. Specifically the very first one on the left after crossing the bridge from Red Rocket. (I'm on PC...)
