When we get Conqueror in SS2 I think it would be cool to have a Responders faction.

I don't know that the official "expansion pack" will want to link into other mods like that, but I'm fairly sure there'll still be the provision for other people to make "Faction Pack" type addons that would let you do that - and from memory doing those wasn't too hard, just a matter of writing up a little table of resource costs per trooper etc.

If someone wishes to make their own Faction Pack addon for the Responders, that would be cool. But there will be no "official" support for that faction (or mod if that's what you're referencing).
