Suggestion Request: Croup Pond (Drivables of the Commonwealth: Boats)

Croup Docks (Part of the Drivables of the Commonwealth-Boats mod. As such, it should be tailored for use with it. It already includes a pier for this purpose. You could also make a tiny house plan just for shits 'n giggles, as it includes a homeplate-esk tiny house space as well as the aforementioned croup docks.)

Settlement appears correctly made, and with no errors. I'll consider something for this location. It's close to Croup Manor, and Red Rocket Nahant - so perhaps doing the 3 of them as a themed group would be a good idea.

Location looks like it's a probable candidate for Floatsam and Jetsam plots.
