Since this thread reply, I've been able to post my issue in the forum. Thanks for the fix and sorry for not offering this rectification information sooner.

maybe there is a problem.The population of settlement never improve.each settlement add 2 person, then stop. sorry for gramma, english is't my mother language.

when i try doing the bunker hill mission my game crashes any moment i get too close and i believe this is because of the sim settlrment mod because the rest of my mods dont interfer with settlements

You will need to post your issue in the SS help section if you're only using Sim Settlements or in the Conqueror help section if you're using Conqueror. More details will be required as well, such as, how long you've waited for the next round of settlers, whether you've left the settlement and returned and whether you've met all the requirements to attract new settlers.

The City Manager 2078 Holotape isn't just added to your inventory. You mush go get it:

• Did you go to the Museum of Freedom and run the city manager halotape? This has to be done. If it is not there then try the below as troubleshooting:
  • Use MCM to spawn the halotape?
  • You can console the halotape:
    help "city manager" 4 to get the tape ID and add with console cmd.

If the above does not work then Manually install the mod and try again.

I assure you this feature is working in the mod. If there is an issue it is likely on your end.

i play on xbox i tried all your mods at same time with few others keeps crashing so i disabled every mod apart from cheat temianal and a workshop scap anything one now everything worked still with quiet a few crashes but i conqured 1st outpost and placed war planners desk and its says to build one still i tried everything restarting reloading restarting xbox placing multipule and dismissing janner and reassigning and nothing is working i tried talking to him and he dosnt reply? please help i been trying to fix for 2 days now

if you uninstall mods you break your game.
you are going to need to start a new game with a stable load order that you dont add or remove from.

all settlers are Unassigned from there jobb Every 10 minut need to remove auto assign to get it to work

I am having issues getting Sirlach's intimate spaces to work on xbox1. I do not see any new plots in my build menu. I've tried reordering and reinstalling. Am I doing something wrong? I am running 3in1, Sirlach's IS, SSM, HUD, and Mcm in that order.

I recently reinstalled Fallout4 1.10.138 but for some reason SS is not working. It is appearing in MCM but i wasn't able to create a holotape or find it in the museum. I tried manually installing it (currently vortex). Is there a specific version of SS for 1.10.138. or it is something else.Also tried only there two mods on a test profile.
