Info Needed Remote Management won't finish

I did Remote Management, got in and out of the memory lounger (did all of the request). But it won't finish. What is the quest number and the finishing code as I don't want to mess with the software tape.

If I understand it right, there are 2 objectives for Commonwealth Rising. One to investigate the comm room or whatever, one to help Lupe with remote management. The latter does not complete when RM does, and this prevents the former from falling in place I guess. I don't remember the exact sequence but this happened to me when Remote Management was started during Commonwealth Rising (the call from Jake about it all going to shit lead to meeting him for starting Remote Management, instead of the big comm room meeting).
Remote Management needs to be completed before Commonwealth Rising last scene starts, or there are issues with getting Jake and Lupe to their correct positions. Some adjustments are planned - i don't think those have been done yet.

I have fast traveled out and back in. Ran to the Comm Array Room where ALL of the staph are leaving the room and I cannot get Jake to talk to me (silent treatment).

I will give it a few more tries before I do the skip quest to Flickering lights.

This may not be related to your problem, but I got stuck in the lounger after using the pip boy to exit the virtual environment.
In the lounger I heard all the dialogue but had no option to exit the lounger, the Ë" button did nothing.
But I realised Lupe had asked what I thought. It seemed there might be dialogue for me to respond to, but lupe was behind me (looking at my butt or my bald spot prolly).
Press 'W' to exit the lounger (this is not a prompted on screen control, I had a recollection that "waiting" sometimes triggered things in other situations, walk around and spoke to lupe, got the dialogue, answered and Quest completed.
