Red Rocket Truck Stop Bugs for RotC

I've drowned my level 2 cities with vodka and whiskey, they leveled! Woo, off to different settlements.
 
When I went to red rocket and assigned Nick Valentine to it, it built the city and noticed the flagpoles weren't loading in.

I did a "Refresh City" From the desk and after getting the "Refresh Complete" Message. Noticed the flagpoles are still missing.

Some minor bugs:

1) My fps usually are between 30-40. When i´m in RR they drop to 25-30, but I believe it is normal due to all the ítems, but when I point to this área they fall to 19-20 and that i don´t know how much "normal" it is

PS: Anyway... have to congratulate RR designer for so much Little details that are all around. I don´t mind dealing with all these "bugs", i couldn´t have don´t it even closer to this

Have you considered a city refresh? Much like the plots, sometimes a refresh to clean things up is useful

Did it and it resolved duplicated turrets and truck over martial plot. Thanks!
 
At Red Rocket, after I assign a leader and select Tear It All Down, I go into an airborne cinematic mode of sorts, with the main Fallout 4 theme music playing. I'm lifted well high up in the air and begin moving in the direction of the Thicket Excavations. At this point, the only control I have over my character is the ability to change which direction I'm looking. I can spin round completely and look up and down, but that's about it. Once I get just past the Thicket Excavations, the screen goes black. Eventually this ends either with a CTD or my having to manually quit the game. I haven't tried every settlement, but Abernathy Farms presented no such problems.

Any ideas?
 
on that one, as soon as it starts, open the pip-boy and then close it, it'll abort the cutscene without upsetting the buildout.

Kinggath is working on reducing the distance travelled by the camera so a fix should be in soon. The workaround works fine for your purposes though.

You can also turn off the flythrough in the holotape under Settlement something (I suck at remembering the option names, I'm sorry)

Thanks for the reply. I've ended up having to start a new game due to recurring crashes. These may not have had anything to do with SS or RotC, though the latter was the only major thing new to my load order. I'm going to start fresh, maybe try this again later on in my playthrough. That or wait until I've built a gaming rig, so I'm not hindered by console limitations.
 
Very strongly recommending upgrading to the latest version if you haven't already, there was a nasty bug that got fixed earlier today. Current version is 3.0.3b.

It causes crashes and lag...
 
A médium generator and his two offsprings.
The bigger is the "normal". And the smaller appear in the same place even refreshing the city

Red Rocket has 3, yes count em 3 Fast Travel Mats.
2 side by side at the front gate and 1 at the front door to the station.

BUT!! If you call withing the next 3.2 milli seconds we'll throw in Free Shipping AND... 6 Mystic Deathclaws!

i have 12 settlers at red rocket all have bed but 3 are jobless they dont make any plots for weeks now, refresh doesn't work anymore. that begin too happen when i got the 8th settlement. same thing happen on tempines bluff they stop make new plots. the others settlement are more slow was before i got so many settlement but they continue to work, slow but work.

Maybe it's just me but in my playthrough red rocket has 0 recreational and 0 agri plot. Is this intentional? Or did the designers just forgot to add them in? Local plot report said that the red rocket only have 14 plots. It's still possible to insert a few of those (especially some rooftop internal plots). Got mine to upgrade to lvl3 with an overdose of nuka cola. But just want to know if the missing plots are intentional and why (when there is always vertical space) :)
 
It was intended to be reliant on supply lines. Cause.. ya know.. it's an Outpost! ;)
Personally, I use Bigger settlements, and just add the plots I need outside the fence... and make a hole/gate for settlers to get to them.

Thank you. I hate relying on supply lines for the moment as I keep hearing the "I'm just so hungry all the time" even with full food and 90 happiness. I found that adding farms removes their complaints. I'll probably just add a rooftop garden in the player house. The red rocket is still awesome. It's like a mini castle guarding the path to sanctuary hills.

Wow! I can't believe I missed this. This is how supply lines should have been in bethesda's base game. I hope it will be integrated in core SS sometime in the future. I'd love some designer's choice city plan to include this one for a truly automated supply lines. :)
