Hi, I am getting repeating crashes and my buffout 4 log says Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF702215819 Fallout4.exe+0C25819

I'm attaching my full log. Can anyone help me make sense of it?

UPDATE:
attaching latest crash log. Looks like FATE CORE Fixes might be the culprit???

Thank you in advance!

I think I may have figured out the problem. I have a mod that fixed Professor GoodFeels so he doesn't disappear after you leave Sunshine Tidings Co-op. Which was all dandy and fine but as soon as I assigned him as a settler to Nordhagen Beach. The next time that I visited Nordhagen Beach, crash start to happen constantly.

So DO NOT assign Professor GoodFeel as a settler, just let him roam free in Sunshine Tidings Co-op

So I tried to disable the FATE Patch and PRP FATE Patch. but the game just crash immediately after loading.

with less info in the Buffout 4 log.

Re-enable FATE Patch, crash again with the log that Uploaded in the 1st post

You might try downloading the Crash Log Auto Scanner from NexusMods to read the crash log.
Many of us can't "read" just the log file and come up with suggestions on how to fix it.
Also, you should check the mod requirements for any mod that you install to ensure you have all of the other mod files that are required for each mod to work correctly.
Load order is important also.

Hello, and welcome.

You may already know this, but if you disable a mod, even to test, you really should be starting a new playthrough or at least going back to a save before the mod was ever added (several technical reasons here, mostly that Fallout doesn't support removing mods mid-playthrough, and you may have already baked the issues into your save). If you are trying to test mods, the best recommendation seems to be to start an unmodded playthrough and play until you exit Vault 111, make a hard save, and then add your mods (when you load up the game with mods, you'll want to give the game 20 minutes or so for all of the startup scripts from all of the mods to run, maybe longer if you are starting a mod-heavy run). That hard save is one you can always go back to if you notice an issue, since you can remove any mods that are concerning you and start back up again from there.

As Cessori mentioned, the Crash Log Scanner will help you better identify what the crash logs are telling you. They aren't perfect, but they can definitely help. Also, as Cessori hinted, you should review the Installation page of the wiki if you have not already (I also strongly recommend the Known Issues page), and you might try posting your loadorder.txt and plugins.txt (typically found at something like C:\Users\"your name"\AppData\Local\Fallout4, please post them as attachments or under the spoiler tag), and the community can look and see if any issues stand out.

Thank you for your reply. I had Scrap Everything mod before I installed SS 2. Later when I read that it will impact city plans, I disabled Scrap Everything. my game was working for a long time tho, and only place I used city plan in the settlement where I previously used Scrap Everything is Red Rocket.

now I can reproduce the crash every time I equip a weapon

I'm down loading Crash Log Scanner now to see what it come up with

Thank you! Crash Log Auto Scanner is super helpful. It Looks like I have several reasons for crash.

But the most critical one is Equip Crash which I applied the solution suggested. Aand it worked!

Equip Crash | PipboyMapData
Rare crash caused by specific animation calls for first / third person modes when certain (broken) items are equipped. Other things might be causing this crash, so be aware of false positives.

Solution: If this crash triggers consistently while interacting with any object, jumping or drawing weapons, then it most likely is the equip crash. If that's the case, enter the console command player.unequipall which should unequip all items and move them to your inventory.

This will also unequip your Pip-Boy, so enter player.equipitem 00021b3b to bring it back.
