Recruitment beacons keep turning off, even with a green light

Hey guys!

One thing I have noticed in my last 2 playthroughs, is that the recruitment beacons will randomly stop putting out a signal, even when the light is green. I then have to turn off the beacon, then back on for the beacon to put out a signal again. Anyone else having this issue, or know why this is happening?

I found an interesting entry in the Workshop framework log as well (This settlement definitly has a beacon!):

Hello there.

There are confirmed power problems in the game. They usually affect plots, but it might be that problem sometimes affects Workshop objects as well.

Have you tried to scrap the wire itself and then reconnect the object?
