recreational plot 3x3

i can't find much detail about this recreational 3x3 vs 2x2.
is the former serve more settlers? or just same as 2x2 but higher happiness?

The 3x3 Recreation plot that comes with SS2 is the Wasteland Theatre. The link is to the Wiki page that describes what the plot provides - higher happiness, but takes up more space and the Acts
It's a Relaxation plot which means only a single settler can be assigned regardless of its level.
