Is that a mod for ss2? Interested but Hadden noticed it in the mods list. Maybe I'm blind...

Thanks,

Ps, KillGath if I spend no more then 600 to 800.00 for a laptop what should I be getting to run FO4 acceptably well? Anyone else please offer experience and suggestions.

Regarding laptop - more difficult to upgrade hardware / ram than desktop. Generally, laptops have integrated graphics - can't add better graphics cards.

Can laptop run FO4? Compare the prospective laptop CPU, RAM, storage, etc. against requirements.
This is the official required system specs - from Bethesda Softworks - https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/31148

This article gives the basics on 'how to'

Conqueror
is a mod that's part of Sim Settlement ONE world. I never played SS1. Read a post here that emphatically stated that playing SS2 requires a save-game that never had any SS1 in it. Check the wiki -- https://wiki.simsettlements2.com/
(Maybe new version of Conqueror ported to SS2? IDK.)

Bottom line, SS2 requires an install totally free of SS1 stuff.

In brief, Conqueror is both a 'story addon' for SS1 that has you play as the chieftan of a raider gang, and a mechanical addon that adds military type mechanics to the game - training and equipping troops, going on raids on other settlements to add them to your growing empire, that kind of thing.
The 'military mechanics' are almost certainly coming to SS2 in "chapter 3" when that eventually hits, but that'll be at least months away at this point. Sadly it's looking like the story part of Conqueror might never actually get finished for a variety of reasons - it just kind of stops at one point without resolving everything.
