Vanilla Bug - Unsolved Raider's won't move in to assault Sanctuary

With some hiccups, I was able to get conqueror working fine, but when it came time for my first assault, I decided to do Sanctuary as I made it a prebuilt city, meeting up with my raider recruits to the left of the entrace, yet once the thing updated to Assault Sanctuary, the recruits just stand there, not moving to assault.

Edit 1/22/2019: OKaaaaaay...I think there's something wrong with it, I don't bring all my raider's with me since I think it's due to the game trying to process so many npc's AI at once, but the Raider's take forever to actually move in for an attack. It takes a minute before a recruit or two actually decided to attack...except that's usually out of a pool of what...6...to 10 recruits?

Definitely abnormal. Though as you said, if there are a ton of NPCs in the area, the game can decide not to process certain AI. The good news, is that if they are hanging back, it will be harder for you to lose the assault, since those guys probably won't die! You're just going to have to go one-man-army. ; )

I might be releasing a tiny mod soon to jack up the number of simultaneous NPCs that can have their AI operating simultaneously. I'm not positive how it will run on XBox though...

Yeah, while that is a nice advantage, it is annoying to have to take on a small army by myself. I'm playing on Survival difficulty with the War Never Changes overhaul. Booooy, let me tell ya, it's not even slightly easy to be a one man army. Even when stuffed with heavy armor under the armored duster I got from Preston's corpse. Still, awesome expansion despite my rough start to getting it running. I appreciate you replying, although I do have a question, this raider questline that's planning to be expanded on...will it ever make use of The Castle? I kinda went a little crazy and killed the last minute man....aaaaand Codsworth.

Haha.. I don't blame you. Honestly, we'd like to touch on everything in the game, but obviously we don't have Bethesda's resources, so we'll just keep adding more content until people get bored of it, and we'll see how much we cover!
