There’s an issue with the 3 radiant quests: “Knowledge Equals Profit”, “Scrappin'” and “Not All Artists Starve” . The two quests have exactly same problem but the “Not All Artists Starve” is a bit different, I’ll start with the other two.
The Ron and Katherinen given quests have probably some kind of “does not count if the player has cleared all the locations in the game” kind of timer as I play on Survival And go around places a lot so the refresh cell does not Activate Me much. As when I had cleared almost all base Game locations the quest would start but it would be something like “find the folder in […]“ as it does not actually give any location but thats what reads in the quest log and it does not point into anything so it’s just stuck in your quest log. This exact same thing happens with Katherinens quest but with proper wording meant for it.
The Archinald one is a bit different I think the same logic applies that the locations have ended so at this case he says the dialogue and the robot also but nothing happens. No quest is given and nothing and he just repeats the dialogue of now he would give the quests but its not given.
I think this is rather rare case of scenario to have cleared all base game locations but it is possible like I have done and more so especially in survival difficulty one solution would be to add DLC locations to the mix after the base game locations have been done for as the radiant quest “Handfun of Caps” started to point me to Far Harbor, not sure why the 3 other would not do this but Mr Handsys quest does Also just make It possibly just “force refresh“ s cell like I think some quest Mods make like for example Fourville as it seems to always find a location for me to use even though I had been there before.
