So I got tired of seeing all my settlers either conglomerating around a random spot in their settlement, or dogpiling into one particular plot (either a bar or one of the clinics), so I was pleased to discover the idle animation markers in the WRK library. Great! If the idiots won't actually go to their assigned jobs and be there when I come looking during working hours, at least I can give them something else to do that will give the settlement a lived-in look.
Problem is, they don't use them. I set up a bunch of markers - leaning against a wall, reading a paper, sitting by the fire, etc - and the idiots still conglomerate around the bar or clinic. They'll use the vanilla idle markers just fine, but the ones with the WRK are not utilized. Is there a setting that I'm overlooking?
