Question about recruitment beacons

Hi I recently reinstalled FO4 just so i can play Sim Settlements again, I noticed that I wasn't getting instant settlers as per the video based on my charisma, and that there were some problematic mods, of which included an alternate start for the game.

I am not using the specific mod over there, but I am using another one, can I check if all mods that change your start affect the recruitment or if there might be something I'm missing?

Sorry that it took us time to get back.

Reason might be in your other mods, let's first make sure that your Sim Settlements settings are not wrong. Have you made sure from the holotape that recruiting is on and not based on plots you have laid out?

Hmm... that setting seems to be correct. If there is a mod conflict, then it is something that doesn't come to my mind out of the box. Something might be preventing or delaying the progress.

Beacon uses WorkshopObjectScript and Workshop Parent Quest. If something is preventing settlers from coming, then that something is interfering with either script or quest.
